Our fully certified trainers are here to train in small groups with maximum focus. Come experience our premium facility in Vaughan, ON.

Our Centre

We are centrally located on Keele St. between Major Mackenzie and King Rd. Just minutes to Hwy 400 with plenty of free parking. Our hours are built to suit the needs of any busy family schedule, and the schedules of our athletes - ages 6 to 18.


Our centre has been built with our athletes in mind. Our facility is clean and tidy, and we enforce house rules to maintain a child safe and friendly environment. Our fee schedule is inline with the industry and packed with value from our facility to our trainers.


All of our trainers are fully certified and insured. Our equipment is simple yet effective when it comes to training young children of all athletic backgrounds and levels of performance. Students will increase their speed, strength, flexibility, agility as well as develop cognitive skills required to improve reaction times. All is achieved without the use of heavy machines or devices.

About the Founder

A former Paramedic and rehabilitation centre owner, Joseph DiGiorgio has a diverse experience in multi-disciplinary assessment, treatments and more - and has a strong vision to bring to YATC.


Joseph's guidance and vision is crafted by his experience training as an amateur boxer, playing rep and semi-pro soccer, hockey, track and field, body building and more. He has also been involved in coaching and fitness instruction, as well as numerous competitions.


Joseph's vision is clear: To serve as a positive role model for all young athletes of all levels.


"My first priority is to encourage each and every individual athlete to be respectful, responsible and to develop self respect and self confidence. Help our young children ascertain understand and develop an appreciation for their chosen sport and try and guide them to reach their goals, not only as a young athletes but as young adults."

Our Sessions
Training with Passion

Group sessions are 7-10 students per class with one registered trainer and one University level Pre-grad student (Kineisiology/Health&Fitness). All sessions are one hour in duration which will include warm up , workout and cool down. All sessions will be monitored and noted as per child's performance achievement. One /One sessions are available ( inquire within).


We also provide: Fitness Baseline Assessments, Concussion Baseline Testing and Special Needs Programs.


Other classes are available as well to all athletes being trained. Yoga session which may be in replacement to one or two fitness training sessions as per individual package. Yoga available on dates of yoga instructor availability. Nutrition seminars will be announced. Or if one requires immediate attention to diet please inquire within. Times and dates will be arranged as per availability and first come first serve basis.
